Records and security
Historical account and transaction records may remain after a feature is retired. Passwords are hashed, sensitive integration credentials are encrypted, and operator access is controlled and audited.
Your choices
Contact Support to request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information. Existing financial obligations and required record retention may limit deletion. Do not include passwords or API secrets in support messages.
